Shirley has almost 20 years experience in the European and Worldwide Leisure industry working for successful companies in the Caribbean and United States of America. She has a wide knowledge of the industry and is dedicated to ensuring Ambassador Club members experience a happy, carefree vacation.

Her European work experience ranges from Wimpey Leisure to Hilton, focusing primarily on customer service and satisfaction. As secretary of the ACTC (the Canary Islands Timeshare Association) in the mid nineties, Shirley worked alongside John MacDonald to lobby for the introduction of industry legislation and the current timeshare regulations that help to protect consumers from less reputable resorts.
